Abidan Paul Shah, PhD
Dr. Abidan Shah has been the pastor of Clearview Church for 24 years. He and his wife Nicole have 4 children.
Dr. Shah has his PhD in New Testament Textual Criticism and teaches New Testament
and Greek at Carolina University in Winston Salem. In addition to hosting Clearview Today, a daily radio show,
he reads scholarly papers at the National and Regional meetings
of the Evangelical Theological Society, and contributes regularly to the local newspaper.
Dr. Shah also serves as a chaplain for the local hospital, police department, and fire department.
Dr. Shah has authored five books:

Ryan Hill
Ryan Hill is a graduate of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, where he earned an M.Div. in Biblical Counseling. He has been on staff at Clearview since 2014. Ryan and his wife, Elizabeth, have five children, and Elizabeth serves as the director of our Nursery. Together, they have a heart for seeing students and their families changed by the gospel and growing in their faith.
John Galantis
John Galantis has been leading worship at Clearview since 2013. He attends Judson College and is working toward his Bachelor’s in Christian Studies with a minor in Music. John and his wife, Ellie, have three young boys. His wife, Ellie, also leads our A/V team.
David Williamson
David has been at Clearview since 2017 and is going to Full Sail University, where he is pursuing his Bachelor of Science in Digital Cinematography. David works behind the scenes with the Clearview Today Show and assists Dr. Shah with his classes. He loves being at Clearview and is excited to see what God has in store for our church!
Nicholas Shah
Nicholas has been on staff at Clearview since 2021. He is currently studying at Wake Tech. Alongside helping behind the scenes with the Clearview Today Show, Nick works on larger technical projects and ensures the stream runs smoothly on Sunday morning.
Katy Cifers
Katy has been on staff since 2022, and she helps with various operations here at Clearview. She sets up for activities during the week, as well as ensures that everything around campus stays neat and organized. On the weekends, she volunteers with our A/V team, as well as helps in Blaze Kids. She is attending Regent University and is working towards her Bachelors of Arts in Christian Ministry.
Adam Paynter
Adam has been on staff at Clearview since 2023 and is currently working on his Bachelors of Science in Media Design at Liberty University. Adam designs signs and graphics, edits videos for social media, and works on many other technical projects here at Clearview. He serves on the praise team, volunteers with our A/V team, and is involved with the Converge ministry along side his wife, Celeste.
