Salvation is not just about forgiveness for my sins, it is also about deliverance from sin. It’s not just about forgiveness for what I have done, it is also about deliverance from who I am. It's not just about Christ dying for my sins, it is also about Christ delivering me from the power of sin through the Holy Spirit. This is Sanctification.
